Hi friends! I am back for another month of our favorite recipes. I skipped out on June since we spent the majority of the month with family in town and were doing a lot of traveling. When we were home I followed my mom’s golden rule and did not try to cook a new recipe with company which is a lesson she learned the hard way (many times). This month we were able to back into our normal routine and cooking up a storm (our $50 challenge also encouraged this). Here are the winners for the month.
Skinnytaste never fails. I have been wanting to make this for a while and I am SO glad that I finally did. This will be on a repeat list for sure. The turkey burgers were amazing but the salad on top was my favorite part.
We have been on a lentil kick over here lately. This was so yummy and even better leftover the next day for lunch! Also, someone (me) forgot to buy zucchini so I subbed in cauliflower we had in the fridge and it was still delicious.
Lots of protein and perfect to stick in a mason jar or pyrex and bring to work all week.
We don’t buy snapper very often but I think we need to start. This recipe was really easy plus it is all stuff you have in your fridge/pantry already.
I told you we have been all about the lentils lately. It is a perfect vegetarian option for a chilly, winter night (oh wait it’s not winter everywhere else?). This tastes exactly like regular chili, you don’t miss the meat at all.
