Recipe Recap: December

December was the month of salads. After a month of entertaining and eating our most meals, we were in the need of a serious detox. Plus we knew that Texas was not going to be easy on our waistlines.

I bought the slaw pre-made and it came with a really good dressing, everything else I did the same and it was delish. Perfect post-holiday meal.

Strawberry Avocado Spinach Salad via Creme de la Crumb

Who doesn’t like strawberries in a salad? Plus avocado AND feta? Soooo good.

Ravioli with Sautéed Asparagus and Walnuts via Green Valley Kitchen

Definetly not a salad but so easy to put together and so yummy. Perfect for nights you are short on prep time.

Hopefully I have given you some inspiration for next week’s menu! Also, how did people cook before Pinterest? I don’t know what I would do without all these wonderful food blogs.
